Variator Derbi Boulevard 200 JCosta Transverse

Variator J.Costa JC623FS Competition Ages 3 complete. The drives scooter cross, patented and produced exclusively by J.Costa Competition (made in Spain), unlike normal drives, does not have the usual rollers that run on tracks by varying the diameter of the pulley and then the gear ratio but a series of radial cylinders that make move the pulley to the rise in the number of revolutions. This innovative feature allows to have several advantages over traditional changers including:

- Greater acceleration (as it is able to have a transmission ratio of the shortest to a number of engine revolutions lowest)

- Increase of the power to the wheel to any number of turns (due to reduced friction losses and to his gaming specific transmission)

- Higher top speed (as is able to have a longer transmission ratio to a maximum engine speed)

- Disbursements better power and torque at low rpm (the guide will be more fluid and linear to any number of turns and speed especially at low and mid-range)

- Faster response and without jerking (especially during closing and reopening accelerator)

- Less vibration during operation (due to lower moving mechanical parts)

The materials used for the production are top quality and care of the processing with the continuous optimization of the production have allowed the drive cross J.Costa to obtain a level of performance, reliability and durability of its components at the highest levels. NOTE: drive is not compatible with the old guard (iron dark color) with long screws; for mounting on these should shorten the fixing screws of the same.
