Collection from our premises in Settimo Milanese (MI), Italy
- You can collect your order directly from our premises in Settimo Milanese (MI), Italy, Monday to Friday, from 08:00 to 12:00 and from 14:00 to 18:00.
- We do not sell directly to the public at our premises. Please place your order through our website, by email or by fax, and wait for the collection confirmation email before visiting.
- Collection is free: there are no additional charges beyond the price of the products.
- Orders must be collected personally by customers, as goods are not packaged for collection by couriers.
Returns - Warranty - Return Policy
- You can return all or part of your purchase within 14 days of delivery.
- All products are covered by a 24-month warranty.
- To return an item or request warranty assistance, open a return request (RMA) from your customer account. If you purchased as a guest, use the Returns page.
- You can use one of our couriers for collection from your address, drop off the parcel at a shipping point using a prepaid label, or arrange the return shipment yourself.

Order Preparation Times
This is the time, expressed in working days, required to prepare your order before handing it over to the courier or making it available for collection. Preparation times are estimates and may vary due to external factors.
- 1 day: the item is in stock and is dispatched within 24 hours.
- 2–3 days: the item may already be in stock or may be replenished several times a week. Dispatch can take between 24 hours and 3 days.
- 3–5 / 4–7 / 15 days: the item is ordered specifically from our suppliers and takes several days to reach our warehouse. Times vary depending on the item and supplier.
Preparation times are stated on each product page. Courier transit times must be added to these to estimate the total delivery time.
All our items are carefully packaged. Bulky items may be shipped in the manufacturer’s original packaging.
Delivery Information and Advice
Deliveries normally take place Monday to Friday, from 08:30 to 18:00, without a prior phone call.
If nobody is available to receive the parcel, the courier will leave a notice and attempt delivery again the following day. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the parcel will be held at the depot for 5 working days for collection. Please contact us to arrange authorisation for collection.
If delivery is to a company or a third party, include the relevant details in the delivery address, for example Mario Rossi c/o Company Name. Missing information may cause the address to be considered incorrect and the parcel to be held at the depot.
