The expansion body is made of steel, finished with an electrostatic paint resistant to high temperatures and atmospheric agents. The silencer with mechanical bulkheads guarantees good durability over time by not becoming impregnated with unburned oil that 2-stroke engines produce, especially older generations. Internally it has a conical expansion structure that incorporates the silencer. To improve the soundproofing effect, the interior is lined with ceramic fiber. The result translates into a level of noise emissions that is sometimes even lower than that of the original system and guarantees its CE approval.
