The Arrow exhaust headers for Suzuki GSX-S 1000 (2021–2024 models) are designed to deliver significant gains in torque and power, greatly enhancing performance on both road and track.

Materials and Construction

Made from high-strength AISI 304 stainless steel. Each header is developed by the advanced Arrow R&D department, backed by years of experience in international racing.

Curves, diameters, sections, layout, and welds are developed by Arrow’s specialist engineers to ensure:

• Optimized exhaust gas flow
• High reliability and thermal resistance
• Racing-style design with unmistakable Arrow identity
• Depending on the engine and its firing pattern, the best available configurations are used: 4:2:1, 4:2:2, 2:1:2, 4:2:1:2, etc...
• The joints between components are CNC machined and precision-welded to ensure unimpeded exhaust gas flow.
