Motorcycle Braided Brake Line Kawasaki ZX6R 600 Rear (2013-2014)

Motorcycle stainless steel brake lines EBC Brakes braided lines are made of flexible PTFE and AISI 303 stainless steel. Compared to the original rubber brake lines of many motorcycles and scooters they do not deform the pressure and then transmit faster the braking force to the caliper resulting in faster braking, stable and powerful. Every single component is manufactured in EBC Brakes factory in UK. So this is not the combination of parts produced by third parties and assembled. Each motorcycle brake lines kit is tested after full assembly (through a machine that brings the pressure to 4,000 psi) and not previously on the individual components. The test methodology choice by EBC ensures the correct quality requirements in terms of strength and corrosion resistance. The statement is further underpinned by the respect of the production process indicated by FMVSS-106 standard (relative to the pipes and fittings for braking systems), and the long list of certification bodies and laboratories have tested the lines of EBC (DOT, TUV, ISO , DEKRA, EBA ...).
