It installs without change to replace the original air filter inside the air box, this K&N air filter only has two layers of cotton to ensure lower air limitation than the standard K&N air filter. Unlike standard K&N air filters, you will need to modify the fuel management with this racing filter. The protective aluminum casing covered with epoxy resin protects the structure of the filter material while maintaining direct air flow, the edge is designed to ensure maximum seal. The filter is washable and resistant to moisture: even if it is completely wet, it is not necessary to replace the filter. It is purchased once, it is cleaned and lubricated repeatedly (up to 25 washes) and lasts more than 10 normal air filters delivering significantly better performance.
