Exhaust Silencer K1200 S - R Arrow Maxi Race-Tech Approved

Arrow Maxi Race-Tech silencers have been designed to match the need of a bigger volume silencer, to be used on bigger bikes, single and twin cylinders engines and when power and noise requirements are stiffer than usual. It has the same technical features of the Race-Tech, but with a larger cross-section. The larger volume is also useful for the construction of exhausts for big bikes single exhaust, generally more demanding with regard to the reduction of noise. The advanced profile (looks like a diamond, with smooth corners) makes it possible to reduce dimensions with respect to an exhaust with a more traditional shape and with an equivalent section surface. This feature is important in reducing weight and dimensions, increasing the internal volume with excellent advantages in noise damping and high performance. Internal structure is generally made in stainless steel, TIG welding. The internal parts, the sections, the exit pipe and the rear endcap are designed to allow for the smoother flow of exhaust gases possible reducing back-pressure-generated losses. Maxi Race-Tech silencer is available in titanium. Rear endcap is available in carbon fiber.

Arrow EU approved exhausts are supplied with certificate of approval to be attached to the vehicle registration certificate. After removing the removable cap (db-killer), the EU approved silencers and racing silencers are exactly identical.
