Collectors FZ1 - Fazer 1000 Arrow Racing

Seem simple tubes, but they are not. Made of AISI 304 stainless steel and, for Competition, in titanium alloy, kits Arrow collectors that are sold in stores come from an hard development work, done by R & D department that brings to bear all the experience accumulated in the tracks around the world. At this crucial ingredient is then added the "touch" masterstroke of Arrow R: diameters, changes in section, components, welding and layout are carefully checked to obtain a high performance, reliable and, last but not least, good looking . Depending on the engine and the ignition scheme, is chosen the best possible configuration for the grouping of the collectors themselves up to the silencer. So we speak of patterns 4: 2: 1, 4: 2: 2, 2: 1: 2, 4: 2: 1: 2, 3: 1: 1, and so on that the less experienced may seem too as manager football, instead they are one of the most important aspects to be followed for the construction of a collector system. But the theory is not enough, it must be an extreme care in the production process: it is important to keep the various steps of the section, to have a gas flow as much as possible sliding. For this purpose, the junctions between the various components of the exhausts are made with solid machined parts with numerical control machines. For the same reason welds must be little "invasive" and must not reduce the passage section of the exhaust gas.
