Arrow Exhaust CBR1000RR (2008 to 2013) Indy Race Carbon Approved

Even the line-Indy Race comes to the need for particular applications, especially bikes whose design makes it difficult to use other standard forms for Arrow. This new section, which draws some of oval tracks of Formula Indy (hence the name) is flatter than the other, maintaining a good internal volume to be exploited to reduce noise emissions. Regarding other technical features, there are differences with respect to other lines of discharges: the internal components are made of stainless steel, the assembly is carried out by TIG and MIG welding, the silencer body is available in aluminum, titanium or fiber carbon and for some applications it is possible to have the endcap in carbon fiber. Discharges of Indy-Race are available as certified versions, depending on the application, with dB-killer.

All Arrow silencers approved EU have the inside (dB killer) removed for regeneration and cleaning. The removal of the interior (dB killer) transforms the silencer from approved racing, resulting in better performance, but jeopardizing compliance approval. With discharges approved to EU standards is issued a Certificate of Approval to be attached to the booklet Circulation. After removing the removable cap (dB killer), the EU approved silencers and those racing are exactly identical.
